SERVICES

For your convenience, virtual psychotherapy and counselling services are available​

  • 9 am - 8 pm, Monday through Saturday

  • via secure video and over the phone

  • in English, Ukrainian, and Russian

  • to clients in ON, PE, MB, SK, BC, YT, NT, and NU

Note:  Since the beginning of the pandemic, services are provided online – over a secure video platform made for online therapy or the platform of your choice.

FEE & PAYMENT

Online therapy session (1 hour):  $150

 

Accepted form of payment:  email transfer 

Note:  Psychotherapy and counselling services provided in private practice are not covered by provincial health insurance plans (such as OHIP).  However, many extended-healthcare benefits (or "work benefits") include coverage for mental health services.  Check with your insurance provider to see if services provided by a psychotherapist registered in Ontario would be covered by your plan.

Psychotherapist's Chair

You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.  If your provider denies coverage for psychotherapy, we may be able to appeal this decision.  In either case, you can claim the cost of non-reimbursed psychotherapy services as a medical expense when you file your income tax return.

If you have been involved in a motor-vehicle accident (MVA), your psychotherapy can be funded directly by your auto insurer.  If you have been pre-approved for psychotherapy by WSIB, the board will be billed directly.
